F45 Training is an Australian gym chain that combines elements of High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), circuit training and functional training into 27 different 45-minute workout "experiences." They've got celebrity endorsements from the likes of Wolverine (nee Hugh Jackman). Each session is supervised by a personal trainer in groups of up to 27, no machines, mostly free weights. They have five classes a day, starting at 6.15am and the last class ending at 8pm. Class and membership prices range from 200RMB for a drop-in class, to 1688RMB for a 1 month membership. Memberships are available from 2 weeks up to 12 months.
