Hatha Yoga Center is one of the first exclusive Yoga practice venues in Shanghai, well-known for its professionalism and exquisite taste among Yoga enthusiasts. Sessions are taught in both Chinese and English. Hatha Yoga Center has introduced the Hatha Yoga System, all sessions have around 5 to 13 participants.
