Studio A is about the pilates you might know, including Pilates Pro Beginner Class, Pilates Pro Class, Pilates 40-Works, whereas studio B offers a wider variety of small group fitness classes, including Ballet Bootcamp, BarrePro, Energy Kickboxing, matBox, Mat Pilates, Yogalates and Tabata.The pilates room is shabby chic with exposed brick, and the ballet barre room's bright and clean. Staff are friendly and classes are run at a pace that's alright for beginners.
