Japanese restaurant and sake bar located on the third and fourth floor of Taikoo Hui mall. German-born chef Bjoern Alexander (previously at The French Laundry in California) heading up the kitchen, and sake menu designed by Elliot Faber of Hong Kong's Ronin. The food is fusion-y, creative takes on Japanese staples, set in a muted, modern looking environment.
