Chief dining establishment for The Waterhouse, it's headed up by Alsace native Executive Chef Jonas Noel (most recently L'Atelier de Joël Robuchon), serving up a range of French classics with some interesting takes that reflect his international experience. The menu's split into four categories, with the key options being "small servings," meant for one person, and "shared servings," which are bulky dishes intended for between 2-4 people, with a price point to match. Super nice knives, too, made by Languiole. Good spot for a business lunch if you work near Cool Docks.
