Yong Ping Lane is a roughly 6,000 square meter development consisting of 5 single buildings and various commercial facilities, located in the center of Xuhui. It goes along Hengshan Lu to Yongjia Lu, right over Hengshan Road metro station. It's a collection of art spaces, restaurants like Colca and Crafted, studios and outdoor courtyards. Anken Group consulted on it, and it has the same landlord as Ferguson Lane.
