Sri Lanka's Ministry of Crab, ranked 29th on the World's 50 Best Restaurants list, have made their final journey from the oceans north of Sri Lanka to the literal center of downtown Shanghai, and are waiting to be turned into garlic, chilli, and pepper crab dishes. Occupying the ground floor of Barbarossa, this appears to be their first ever restaurant outside Sri Lanka. The menu features nothing but crabs, from 500-600 gram ones at 289rmb through eight larger sizes ending in Crabzilla, a 2kg+ monster that starts at 1,288rmb and goes up from there, depending on exact weight. The prawn menu does the same thing.
