Excellent but pricy gourmet hot dog stand in Donghu Lu channeling New York/Chicago hot dog stands. They take their hot dogs seriously, as evidenced by the three guys in jeans-chef-jackets behind the counters putting dogs in buns, the generous portions and the metric ton of onion jam they slap on. They also do a bit of BBQ and some hot wings, to shake things up. Hot dogs cost 58rmb (eh) for the Classic, up to 88rmb (outrageous) for the "Prawn Boat."
