Yong Fu does traditional Ningbo food about as well as you can get in Shanghai. It gets really good seafood from Ningbo, cooks up simple ingredients with big flavors. However, it can get quite expensive (you could end up dropping 2,000rmb on a fish if you're not careful), but it all depends on what you order.
