A soondae place, ie. Korean blood sausage. Eat it, dip it into salt and pepper, chili sauce, cook it in a broth. Excellent hangover food, something the Koreans know a bit about. The restaurant is a tiny, tiny shop inside a well-known mall in Koreatown. They only serve soondae and a couple other dishes.
