The South Beauty chain's formula of dressed-up Sichuan food in plush surroundings has made them a China-wide success. This highway-side location exemplifies their emphasis on style and surroundings - an imposing colonial mansion with a heavy bar that would make a perfect Gentleman's Club and a gorgeous lawn that's popular for weddings. The monstrous ribs are standouts among a rather tame rendition of Sichuan cooking.
