Cheap little vegetarian spot with a modern vibe. One of two restaurants, this one is within ten minutes of Changshou Lu station. This chain restaurant is a subbranch of Dashu Wujie. Shu (菽), in Chinese, is a general word to describe “legume”. So pretty much everything on the menu is soy-based: flavored soymilk, benbang savory douhua, fried tofu balls, and soymilk noodles that charge around 10rmb - 40rmb. Their soybeans are sourced from Wuchang in Northeast China.
