      Premium, high-end American beef from Wolfgang Zweiner, ex-head waiter at Peter Luger, New York City’s most iconic steakhouse. It's part of their international steakhouse chain, with locations from Beverly Hills to Waikiki and Tokyo to Cyprus, to Hong Kong, to Beijing and, as of 2018, Shanghai. It's massive, nearly 1,000sqm of classically handsome leather and wood interior, and a spacious kitchen with three infernally hot broilers (the secret ingredient to the impressive crust on the cooked steaks) and a dry-ageing room that holds their special USDA Prime sides of beef, six thousand kilos at a time. The average person spends about 1,000rmb for dinner here, and it's still absolutely worth it.
