Jazz performances never fail to excite me. And for the very fact that Element Fresh at Kwah Centre presents Jazz Night every Thursday, I had to visit it. Great live jazz music and food delivered a great dining medley. It helps that the place provides a very intimate dining space too, with high-back seatings that protect private conversations.
My asian set (Y68) came complete with a soup, fruit and side dish. The shrimps, salmon, scallops and capsicums were fantastic; reminding me of home-cooked goodness. Indeed, Element Fresh lives up to its name - with freshness evident in its every ingredient. A slab of well-grilled salmon resting on a pile of crisp vegetables was simply known as the salmon salad (Y98). It was remarkable that Element fresh does not have fanciful names for its menu, yet it was its fervent use of fresh ingredients that had delighted our palates.
