Lyceum theater is just steeped in history. Built in the 1930s Shanghai boom days, it was once an amateur dramatics society. In more recent, calmer times Lyceum screens a combination of terrible blockbusters and critic worthy "films." It's also a satellite for the Shanghai International Film Festival.PICTURES
