Conveniently located near many bars and hotels in Jing'an, City Diner has emerged as one of the city's top late-night dining spot. The extensive menu ranges from all day breakfast to burgers and sandwiches, served in 'American-sized portions' and covered in green garnish. A predictably intoxicated, crowd dominates the night and early mornings, while day operations afford a quiet place to get away for a bite to eat or a cup of joe.

This is one of the places that i will and never go back again for friends' gathering. the place is rundown, paints are peeling off.. and the lights are dim enough to illuminate the entire place. it will be a great place if it's in the 60s.
BUT, one thing good is that they open 24 hrs, free access to wifi and free flow of drinks. a good place to camp there and work through the night.
