As with the previous reviewer, I was such a fan of Haya's Mediterranean until they decided to charge exorbitant prices. Having moved here from New York City where I lived near Mamoun's (the mecca of falafels) in New York, I was impressed with the quality of Haya's ingredients and the perfection of their hummus, babganoush, etc. The last time I visited Haya's the falafel was 35rmb. How on Earth can it now cost 65rmb () for fried ground chickpeas, hummus, some lettuce, tomato, and hot sauce all within a tasty pita? I have no clue who is willing to pay these prices but I too will not be back. It was good while it lasted.

Being a customer from hayas delivery for 4 years, exclusively for 4 items (labneh, babaganoush and humus+ pita bread) I've encounter today an unacceptable event: 34% increase on the price... Bringing the labneh to 48 rmb. Why and how? In the past i saw quantities decreasing, quality and availability not always consistent, side-bread not free anymore... Until this 35% of price increase it was acceptable... Hayas has lost a customer, there are plenty of choices in shanghai... That's all I have to say.

Great falafel pita! Crisp and crunchy on the outside and fresh and delightful on the inside. A portion that is just right. As for the Greek salad... don't go there, there's something about it that is overpowering and ruins it. The hummus is tasty a
