Incredible...Incredibly expensive. Ok, it is german beer and it is on the promenade, but come on..it is shanghai. I dont think i have ever paid that much money for a beer in an average bar, with average service and average music. we sat inside too, coz the waiters didnt bother to tell us when there was a free place outside when they said they would.so sitting inside feels like any average bar, and you are paying from 6 euros for a small pint. Terrible. Not even in Tokyo, NY or London have i paid so much for such crap.i would never go to any of these bars just out of principle that these bars are stupidely expensive and average. Bar rouge is expensive, but bloody well worth it. This was an embarresment to bars..
