As the name suggests the Okura Garden Hotel is a Japanese hotel. Located deep in the heart of the French Concession this hotel makes a perfect choice for visitors looking to soak up some real history and culture. With its 1920's art deco design the entrance and garden are something of architectural landmarks in the city. The hotel, does however have a dated feel to it, but if you can get over the 1980's Hitachi television in the rooms, and enjoy the 7 acre gardens, then you're bound to enjoy your stay.
