just a so-so place with normal american food, nothing special and the price is OK.
Good to go there when you have no special plan or intentions.
The whole area of new factory is very empty and it is very scary! where are the customers there??

I used to go here fairly often and put up w/ the ridiculously negligent service staff (seriously, how hard is it to train your employees to be responsive), b/c their food was decent. However, I've gone twice recently and the service has gotten worse along w/ the food. It's no longer worthwhile to go there. Also, what is the deal w/ the menus, they're the size of a small child and they've been telling us they're getting new ones for over a year now. Why do all these places think its ok to neglect the customer? Are we not the ones paying your bills?

dine-in is OK, but NEVER go for delivery. My chicken was dry like a dead bird and the ribs were cold and hard-to-chew as they arrived my door.

I had the worst Thanksgiving dinner last night here. The staff was running around like headless turkeys and was obviously clueless. We waited an hour for the bird and when it arrived, it was not thoroughly cooked. That's the last time you'll see me at Moon River Diner.
