Named after that little street those wacky Beatles trotted across, Abbey Road has become one of the most popular summer venues in Shanghai. With patio seating, cheap beer on tap and lots of (at times unfortunate) classic rock, this bar/restaurant is the ultimate expat venue. Abbey Road's menu includes mostly Swiss fare interspersed with some American.
Half of Abbey Road is an outdoor patio, making it a popular option in the warmer months. The weekend brunch here is a selection of omelets and fry-ups ranging in price from 65rmb to 120rmb. Think Greek omelets, steak and eggs, cinnamon toast, etc. All mains come with a choice of meusli, corn flakes or a fruit bowl. Drinks like coffee and tea are extra. Available Saturday and Sunday from 10am-4pm.

Environment: Nice little cozy place. A bit crowded, but that's what gets the atmosphere. It does get a bit noisy though if there are too many people sitting indoors. The outdoor patio is an excellent space with plenty of seating! Perfect on a cool summers night. Good music if you like those classic rocks!
Food: I only ordered the burger. BUT, that burger was good enough just to get me to write a review. Mhmm, I would marry that burger. It was love at first bite. Juicy, flavorful, and OMG. I want to go back and get it again. Other friends ordered Suisse or Swedish dishes. Didn't look as appetizing at the burger that came to you almost like the Leaning Tower of Pisa.
Service: Average. You raise your hand and there's bound to be someone to come to you. They're standing at all corners of the rooms and waiting at the entrances. So, not too shabby.

Went there with friends on a late afternoon friday. I had the grilled chicken (65 RMB) and Long Island Iced Tea, Mojito and Strawberry Daiquiri (Happy Hour 25 RMB each).
The interior is dark and their wooden furnitures is not so comfortable, so I'll recommend this place for pre-drinks. Food is western style and western price, but good when you're tried of the chinese cuisine! Drink are good and price (50 RMB for cocktails) is very acceptable!
English speaking waiters and good service. Remember to make a reservation in advance if you are a group that wants to be sure to sit and eat/drink together. After 6PM this place gets packed (mostly foreigners).
