This bar is in the Cool Docks development, a neat collection of buildings just two blocks south of the Fuxing ferry terminal in the South Bund. Very friendly workers there, pool table,fun selection of cocktails, good choice of music, great decor. Have spent several evenings there.

Had a great time at the Cool Docks and Spring Sunrise Bar. The staff were friendly and efficient and the surroundings are modern and fresh. Asha the owner is very charming and I wish her every success with this new venture. I'm sure it will become more and more popular as the location is fantastic. It will be a special place to be in the warmer weather with outside seating, great views and architecture. I look forward to upcoming events, it looks a great place to enjoy live music.

Very Chilled Bar. I had a good time at Spring Sunrise, the best thing for me is it's not full of the "It crowd" The "Look at me, I'm so successful types" !!! Personally I have little time for the pretentious types that some bars on the Bund attract (Bar Rouge, Glamour Bar etc.) and it's far away from the sometimes sleazy scene at Tongren Lu. Good music, drinks, a pool table and nice surroundings with a mix clientele; both local and foreign...Be great in the warm weather with a neat outside area and great views. There's a small dance floor and stage which should provide a nice intimate venue for live music. I'll be there for the next event there for sure. Bravo!
