Saizeriya is a Japanese approximation of a family-style Italian restaurant, with thousands of outlets in Japan. They do simple Italo stuff at rock-bottom prices. It's the cheapest "Western" food in China -- 10rmb pastas, 6rmb glasses of wine -- and you get what you pay for in its localized flavors and ingredients of dubious provenance, but going by price alone, it can't be beat.
