Editor's Description
One of the few Moroccan-style restaurants in the city, El Wajh is heavier on the decor than the authentic dishes. Still, you will find a suitable tangine here. Seating is only on the second level and accommodates no more than 25 or so, lending to the cozy atmosphere.

One of the few survivors of the Maoming Lu shakedown, Tapas Bar is home to a fine assortment of Spanish-style tapas, a good selection of main dishes, and a respectable drink menu. The cozy, low lit atmosphere makes it a great choice for an affordable..

Honest Italian food in a down-home environment. If you're looking for a few favorites at prices that won't break the bank, Pane e Vino is a great option, and you can put together a nice meal excluding wine for under 100rmb. Of note is the pizza, th..

Been there twice and will go one more time tonight...
Frr sure, you need to go there for a quiet evening with good friends, or classy-intimate date. The mix appetizer is a must. tajines are really tasty (take 1 different for each, and share). Wine is too expensive though!
Overall comment: I've really liked it, and am happy to go back!

was immediately greeted and shown a table in the lovely upstairs dining room. the decor is really lovely and cozy, perfect for a date. We were excited by the menu as well with many starters and mains appealing to the palate. the wine list is very very limited and overpriced. There is only one white and red under 300 per bottle and the prices rise very quickly from there.
We ordered eggplant as a starter and it arrived looking very inviting but was actually so bland that we asked for some hot sauce to mix into it. The chicken tagine, a house specialty, was very sweet, with no other spices to balance it. Also the serving contained three very small chicken thighs.
I really wanted this to be a good choice for a return vist but it will be a while!
