Arch is a delightful "design" cafe that's past its expiration date. It still has the lovely ground floor in a standout, Flatiron-esque building on Huaihai Lu, a stack full of design magazines, and an overly chatty and clever menu, but the general consensus is that the kitchen's quality has dramatically decreased.
