I love the food this place serves and I love being able to get it delivered, but would somebody PLEASE train the phone operators at the delivery center! I swear I talked to them for 30 minutes just trying to explain where Jiangsu road is in relation to JingAn temple. It's the next f*#$ing station! When I told them to check it out on the map, they said they don't have one. Of all things one would think a delivery center needs in their office, a map...um yeah... pretty obvious.
Training. That's all I'm asking. Use McDonald's as an example. They know everything about everyone who calls. I wouldn't be surprised if they know what allergies I have.

Live down the road and eat there regularly and never a problem, the owner is always friendly and attentive, the food is always great and the service prompt, expecially sicne moving to their new restaurant.

I went with a group of nine and two of the people got their dishes when everyone was nearly finished with theirs. The food is mediocre at best. The chicken had a lot of fat on it and the rice was bland...
Not going back there.

Budget Mexi food, delivery only. Cheap-o burritos, quesadillas, and things with salsa get the job done. Single dishes in the 30rmb range, give or take. The "Melt Chorizo with Cheese" is a SmSh favorite. Drinks extra. From 9am on.
