This punny Vietnamese joint is one of the more handsomely designed restaurants of its kind around town. It's consistently full, drawing a crowd of local and laowai alike. The main focus on the menu is, naturally, the namesake Vietnamese noodle soup. You'll also find other Viet eats like spring rolls or cold vermicelli with chicken. As far as Pho restos in Shanghai go, it's one of the better ones, but that's not really saying much.
