Yuxin is by far the best Sichuan restaurant in Shanghai. They manage to get authentic, complex, spicy Sichuan cuisine right. The chuanbei liangfen -- a misleading rice "jelly" on the menu -- and the tea-smoked duck, and the rabbit with two kinds of pepper are among the standouts.
