Dong Lai Shun is a Beijing hot pot institution. Been around for 100-something years, doing hot pot the northern way -- shua yangrou, or quickly passing thinly sliced lamb through a very mild broth. Despite being quite a big name in Beijing, all of their Shanghai locations, except this one, are out in the sticks.
