Chongqing is considered by most people to be the ancestral home of the fiery, chili-studded style of hot pot, and it's from Chongqing that the Little Swan originates. They seem to be popular with tour groups, for whom they tone down the spice. This location has the added bonus of a nostalgic, throwback style of large-hall restaurants, complete with a battered stage and nightly performances. Despite the tourist trade, Little Swan is still capable of setting your mouth on fire with a bubbling cauldron of chili and stock. If you want it as hot as they eat it in Chongqing, just ask.
