Fancy Cantonese with great dim sum and slightly stuffy dining room. English-speaking staff on occasion, but primarily frequented by Cantonese and uppity local clientele. The chewy beef balls with Worcestershire sauce, XO-sauce radish cake, crispy pigeon, roast pork, and shrimp dumplings all merit mention.
