Once-secret bar sort of hidden down a Donghu Lane. Basically, speakeasy-meets-Volar, with a top 40 hip-hop soundtrack, Philip Starck-ish design, and a predominantly ABC crowd. Expensive drinks, seven kinds of Champagne, super-premium whiskies. Real hush-hush at the moment. Entrance through Dakota.
