Swank nouveau-Chinese fashion brand invests a little social capital and a lot of nouveau-Chinese decor (reappropriated bird cages; garish silks) into an upscale Chinese restaurant ("Cafe" is misleading). Menu designed by Jereme Leung, who once upon a time was the chef of Whampoa Club, and these days consults on a wide range of restaurants across Asia. Very fashion.
