Solo Latte is a small, high-quality Mozzarella operation run by a nice Korean architect-turned-cheese supplier (she's married to an Italian). Mozza starts as imported German curds, is made fresh every morning, delivered by the afternoon, and packed in distilled water. Delicious, rich stuff. Comes as regular 100 gram balls (23rmb), smaller bocconcini, burrata, and stracciatella. 50rmb minimum for delivery. Email sololatte1@gmail.com, or call directly, for price lists and ordering.
