Bona-fide countryside restaurant, decorated with split bamboo, cured meat products, and hoes. Atmosphere comes courtesy of customers drinking baijiu (or the restaurant's homemade huangjiu) out of glass fruit-juice pitchers, and the cooking is rustic home-style stuff. Chain hails from Zhejiang, and there's even Xihu beer on the menu. Soups are a specialty (but dosed with MSG).
