In 1950, Fudan University in Shanghai, China founded the High School Affiliated to Fudan University (FDFZ). In 2002, FDFZ expanded by establishing its International Division, also known today as Fudan International School (FDIS). Recognizing the needs of its diverse, multinational student body, FDIS promotes creativity, self-reflection, inquiry, service-learning and holistic development of each student, to help equip them with the ability to lead in the 21st century. FDIS graduates have gone up to study at top universities across the world. FDIS is a small thriving community where the education of every child is personalized.
