Flair is Shanghai's latest and great Bar With A View. It's brought to you by the new Ritz Carlton in Pudong, and perched on the 58th floor of the new IFC tower the luxury hotel occupies. The real kicker is the split-level outdoor terrace with views directly across to the big ball of the Pearl Tower, and then beyond to the Bund, the Hongkou shore, and the downtown Puxi. Prices, naturally, are astronomical.

Really nice bar. I have been here quite a few times, from the beginning, and I have never had a bad experience. Great for a date. On a clear day (ok this is rare) lovely views. must visit.zeroG, Oct 14, 11
Definitely not a favorite. Staff is snobish. Completely rude. Half empty bar on a Friday, but I had to wait.. why? Thanks for ruining company outing. Fuck your min fee.xiruchan, May 30, 11
Pathetic management. Worse customer service than the filthiest watering hole, unworthy of the Ritz Carlton brand. Don't bother go.
