I decided to try LEI garden, for which I stumbled to go in because of the staggering price. As I expected, one tiny dimsum and pies cost enough money for two people to eat lunch. However, every dish was filled with the best. I especially liked the unique desserts, which I believe they configured to make them into fusion food. The best one was a custard bun coated with chocolate on the outside and filled with soft milk custard inside. Like its renowned name, LEI garden has exquisite service and clean surroudings unlike those booming local ones by the street. Overall, it was a good experience both for the tongue and learning about Chinese culture. Sometimes it's not bad to treat yourself with 100RMB dumplings over the banal ones. Compare it to eating Godiva or Haagen Dazs once in a while! Thanks.
