David Laris has revamped his formerly Mex-themed lounge Yucca and turned it into a classic cocktail lounge. A list of sophisticated cocktails--subtle reinterpretations on the old cocktail canon--comes courtesy of Aussie mix maven Ryan Noreiks. For snacks, there is a rolling menu of gourmet bar bites like artisan cheeses and charcuterie.
