Cha is a faithful recreation of a Hong Kong cha canting -- basically a Cantonese diner -- from the 1950's, right down to the old-time music, the old-time Hong Kong public lavatory signs, and the green-and-white tiled floor. Food is similarly traditional. Very popular among locals and laowais alike. The menu is huge, so you may want to look around at what other people are ordering. We highly recommend their chicken wings and milk tea (the one with the milk tea ice cubes). The last order is at 1.30am and they will kick you out at 1.45am. Depending on what time you arrive, you may have to wait a long time or share a table with someone.
