It's not an Arcade. Small, relaxed, almost upscale, indie music-orientated drinks lounge is what it actually is. They do, in fact, have one purpose-built arcade machine, but's more about the drinks in this hip little cocktail lounge. Cocktails from 65rmb. Mixes at 50rmb. Popular with a younger, mixed crowd.
