Yet another venture from the team behind Rico Rico, Bikes & Friends and Mistral, Toro Loco is a Spanish restaurant and bar serving sangria, super cheap beer and a variety of tapas and other snacks like montaditos.

Unfortunately, it seems that Toro Loco is missing the point. The set-up looks like a restaurant, but the food was obviously microwaved leftovers. They only have one beer on draught and service is weakalexv, Feb 24, 12
