The Public is the re-branding of the now-defunct Apothecary. Aside from the name, it's basically the same concept: fine hand-crafted cocktails and creole cuisine. Cocktails are mixed with house infused spirits and bitters, fresh juices, fruits and syrups, and they even hand chip their own ice cubes. The food is likewise from scratch. Everything from the sauces to their charcuterie is made in house.
