Formerly located on Donghu Lu, Madison is a contemporary American restaurant, by young chef-owner Austin Hu. Hu cut his teeth at NYC's Gramercy Tavern, and has brought his locavore mindset, and classical training to bear, with this casual fine dining restaurant. The new space is bigger, brighter and more open than the previous location. Hu has also expanded the concept with Madi's, a casual bar with a menu of sandwiches, salads, small bites and snacks.
