The latest from VOL (the company behind Bar Rouge, Mr & Mrs Bund and Ultraviolet), Y2C2 is a re-conceptualization of Tan Wai Lou, the company's lesser known Chinese restaurant that once resided at Bund 18. Now at Wharf 1814 on the South Bund, Y2C2 deals in contemporary Cantonese cuisine with creative twists. Expect most of the classics like roast goose or crispy skin pork and more experimental dishes like seared foie gras with apple, rosemary and grapefruit.
