Situated on the first floor of the City Hotel, Manigua is a pan-Latin tapas bar, art gallery and sometimes salsa club. The food menu draws menu from all over Latin America with and assortment of "Tappetizers" -- a portmanteau that probably needs no explanation. And most are are better than anything called a "tappetizer" deserves to be. Think empanadas from Argentina, ceviches from Peru, pork carnitas from Mexico. They also do a few larger main courses. Their sangria is a standout performer.
