Mr Harry is a bastion of British cuisine on the fifth floor of an anonymous building on Nanjing Lu. Offerings are a sampling of some of the finer points of the Isle's food, like fish and chips, bangers and mash and desserts like Eton mess. They also do a quintessentially English breakfast, as well, with all of the traditional accoutrements from baked beans to black pudding.
