I've finally decided to return David Laris' nine million phone calls and will be doing a lunch with him this Saturday. You can come too if you want. He's also invited over Dean Brettschneider, a master baker patissier and the pair will be taking us on a fantastic culinary cooking class voyage, signing some books, and then we'll all have lunch upstairs at Laris. It starts at 11:00 at Space by THREE. It costs 288rmb per person but that includes a canape/champagne reception, cooking class, and a three-course luncheon.
