Chicken Futures

You know what's going to be huge in late 2009/Expo 2010? Chicken. Start investing right now. It's been a recurring theme in many of my cocktail party conversations, the chicken. If people aren't eating them, or thinking about eating them, or feeling satisifed -- but never heavy -- after eating them, they're thinking about roasting them, frying them, or putting them on sticks and spinning them round and round.

I offer (the soon-to-open) Brasa Chicken Express as only the first piece of evidence in why you should convert all of your cash into poultry. They look like they're going to be the first to capitalize on this whole thing, but that's only because everyone else is cooped up in offices, honing their strategy and branding. Just you watch. Seriously. Chicken. It's the next crepes, tapas, frozen yogurt, wine, Mexican.
