El Willy to Open Cocktail Bar

El Willy has just dropped a little nugget of news over on the el blog of his new website: He's opening a new cocktail bar called.... el Cóctel. Of course.
Japanese-style, judging by the research trip to Tokyo he's documented on the Sexy News section of the site. Opening in the fall. Location is still under wraps, but it's not where the current restaurant is.
If you're interested to keep up with the dude, where he eats in Tokyo, and which chefs in Chengdu he's trading shoes with, that's up on el website, too. Have a look.
